*** When applying for a change of status to F-1, understand that this is a two-step process. The first step is to apply and receive admission from an SEVP-certified school.  The school will issue you the Form I-20 upon your acceptance.  Once receiving this document, you will then apply with USCIS for the change to your immigration status and you must use an immigration attorney to assist with this.  The list of documents above are simply to apply to the school; when applying with USCIS for the change of status, please note that the documents requirement will be much more extensive.

**** When applying for a change of status, all foreign-language documents must have certified English translations.

Non F-1 Visa Students
(Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Nonimmigrants Who Are Not F-1):

  • Students who wish to enroll to our program without the need for a student visa/Form I-20 can do so simply by coming to the school to take the placement test and enroll into the course.
  • There is no application process for Non-F1 students.  Visit the Administration Office with a government-issued ID to take your placement test and enroll into your course.
  • Students on Non-F-1 Visa may attend classes part-time or full-time, provided that there is space available.
